The appointment of Mr. Saransh Chaudhary as Executive Director marks a significant milestone in the company’s innovation journey. An alumnus of the University of Oxford, he is a dynamic leader and a recognized voice in pharmaceutical research. He brings a unique blend of academic excellence and industry foresight, driving the company’s global strategic vision with a strong focus.

For over 10 years, his contributions have been instrumental in strengthening Venus Remedies’ scientific foundation, including establishing India’s first Organ-on-a-Chip laboratory, which bridges the gap between early research and clinical development.

Moreover, he is known for his prolific research with over 18 published papers that continue to guide the development of advanced pharmaceutical technologies. Under his leadership, Venus Remedies is well-positioned to expand its innovation pipeline to enhance global competitiveness and contribute to accessible healthcare worldwide.

Leadership with Medical Excellence

Another step in leadership is the appointment of Dr. Gurminder Singh Bedi as Non-Executive Independent Director. He brings over three decades of distinguished post-MS experience in orthopaedics and trauma care, strengthening the company’s governance framework. 

Having performed over 5,000 major surgeries, Dr. Bedi has served as Head of the Department of Orthopaedics at Government Multi-Speciality Hospital, Sector 16, Chandigarh, and completed his Senior Residency from PGIMER, Chandigarh.

Alongside, he is an accomplished academician, confirmed by the Gold Medal from the Government Medical College, Amritsar, and Pfizer. His commitment to advancing medical science doesn’t end here. He also contributed to extensive research, including national and international publications.
