Beginning a New Journey, Recognizing Excellence: O&M and KBC 2026

The new year started with a grand Officers & Management Meet at Venus Remedies. Our esteemed leadership and the HODs came together to reflect on the achievements of 2025, set goals for 2026, and celebrate the winners of the KBC 2025 championship.

The event was made extra special by the insightful words of our respected management as they shared their vision for the upcoming year.

Officers & Management Meet 2026: From Vision to Execution

Held on 9th Jan 2026, O&M brought all the HODs and the respected management together. All the HODs shared the achievements, plans, and goals of their teams as the event proceeded with team spirit. 

Along with this, the management also highlighted the achievements and the key growth areas for the domains under their esteemed guidance.

Leadership messages reinforced long-term credibility and pride as they reflected on the milestones like the 20-year Elores journey, its acquisition by Cipla, the VGFC launch, and regulatory recognition as QIDP by the US FDA.

They also focused on a learning culture, capability-led expansion into complex injectables, biosimilars, and AMR. A disciplined global growth across key regions like Africa (Sudan), America, along with a focus on Asia Pacific expansion, Middle East opportunity building, and re-entry in Germany, were among the key highlights.

Entry into consumer health as a core pillar through diabetes, weight management, R3SET, and infant nutrition was also discussed. 

A focus on non-negotiable plant excellence across quality and compliance, and a future anchored on three pillars—government trust through compliance, best-in-class technology, and talented people, kept the spirits of the event high.

KBC: Celebrating the 2025 Winners

The Venus Service Commission (VSC) department received the KBC 2025 trophy, celebrating a journey of commitment and peer-driven success. Accepted by their HOD, Mr Rakesh Thakur, the moment stood for gratitude, leadership, and togetherness.

Launch of KBC 2026

The KBC 2025 winners were felicitated by our respected, Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Pawan Chaudhary.

Further, the energy was amplified as Mr. Akshansh Chaudhary, Executive Director & Chief Technology Officer unveiled the all-new avatar of KBC 2026 , now designed to raise the bar for learning, awareness, and healthy competition across the organization.

A dedicated portal powers the new KBC. With live rankings, defined timelines, stronger control over lifelines, and transparent score reveals, the competition is now fiercer.

The new format is fully gamified, more structured, and more intense, with eliminations adding to the thrill. An independent panel contributes to the evaluation, mentor connect strengthens learning, and the overall experience builds a deeper culture of awareness through fair, fierce, and engaging competition.

The teams are now geared up to step up and play with purpose—because in this new KBC, every second, every answer, and every decision truly matters.
