  • VGFC Inauguration: The Venus Global Fulfilment Center (132,000 sq. ft.) was inaugurated, enhancing warehousing, logistics, and supply to 100+ countries.
  • Quality Week 2025: Activities promoting awareness around standards, processes, and “Right First Time” practices.

Our people-first approach continued through focused initiatives:

  • New President for Venus Army: Leadership transition to Mr Akshansh Chaudhary, Executive Director and Chief Technical Officer at Venus Remedies, marking a new phase for the CSR arm.
  • Manav Uthan Yojana: Monthly recognition of support staff for their contribution.
  • Swach Venus: Cleanliness and workplace organization initiative with annual rewards.
  • Education Grant in Aid: Educational support for employees’ children, on the occasion of respected Chairman and Managing Director, Mr Pawan Chaudhary’s birthday celebrations.
  • Venus Foundation Launch: Dedicated CSR branch led by Ms Ekta Chaudhary, focusing on education, health, gender equality, climate care, sanitation, and partnerships.

Celebrating Growth & Learning

  • Graduation Ceremony: 150 employees honored for completing NSDC, LSSDC, and other certifications.
  • Spine – 10 Years Celebration: Marking a decade of contribution by the Spine IT team.

Festive Spirit at Venus Remedies

Festivals and national days were celebrated meaningfully, strengthening workplace bonds:

  • New Year:  The year began with New Year celebrations that brought teams together to welcome fresh beginnings and a shared sense of optimism. The new year began as we all gathered, cheered, and geared up for the next year.

  • Lohri: Lohri was celebrated as a warm, community-focused event, reflecting gratitude and the spirit of new beginnings. We lit the holy pyre, worshipped, and danced together. The sweets and the music added to the warmth of the moment, bringing employees closer to each other.

  • Holi: Holi was celebrated as a moment of color and connection. We teamed up to spread colors and cherished sweets. 

  • Diwali: The festival of light was welcomed with special celebrations. The festive spirit continued throughout the days as the teams came together to give their best in the Diya decorating competition, made beautiful rangoli, and received special Diwali gifts, starting the festive spirits.

  • Hariyali Teej: Hariyali Teej added cultural richness to the workplace, allowing the women among us to celebrate prosperity and other cultures. The day brought along smiles for everyone as the celebrations moved ahead with some snacks, fun activities, dance, and colorful hues around the workplace.

  • Ganesh Chaturthi: This occasion invoked faith and harmony across teams. Ganpati sthapna by the respected Chairman and Managing Director, Mr Pawan Chaudhary & respected Dr. Manu Chaudhary, Joint Managing Director started the event. Daily Ganpati pooja followed, and Ganesh visarjan marked an end to the festivities.

  • Republic Day & Independence Day: Venus Remedies was full of patriotism as we hoisted the national flag and came together to mark these prestigious occasions. Cultural and patriotic activities honored unity, responsibility, and the values that guide us beyond the workplace and together as the citizens of India.
