Building on this legacy, we now proudly welcome Mr. Akshansh Chaudhary, our Respected Executive Director & Chief Technology Officer, as the new President of Venus Army. His leadership represents not only a transition but also a renewed pledge—to carry forward our values while preparing for the challenges of tomorrow.

• Samajik Uthan Yojana (Society & Culture): Preserving our cultural spirit through meaningful activities that strengthen identity and unity within the Venus family.

Aligned with this vision is the Grah Lakshmi Yojana, a heartfelt initiative to support families of colleagues in roles such as housekeeping, gardening, driving, and hospitality. By providing monthly rations and recognition through the Grah Lakshmi Awards, we reaffirm that dignity at home leads to strength at work.
